Shipping

Shipping is always a flat rate of $4! No matter how many you order! Order them all if you please, it will make me happy!

Thread Bender Shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packaging, or for any delay caused by shipping carrier (USPS). Thread Bender is not responsible for orders once they leave our facility. Once tracking is received it is between the shipping company (USPS) and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely. 

Please triple check to ensure your shipping information is correct.

Processing

Because each mask is handmade by me, and only me, please allow up to two weeks to process your order before shipping. (This is often an over estimate on time, but things do occasionally happen.)

Each mask is handmade and may vary slightly and/or have slight irregularities, and prints may vary on placement.

Refund Policy

Due to the current global pandemic we cannot accept returns for hygienic reasons, however if the quality of our product does not meet your standards please send an email to [email protected] and I will do my best to ensure your happiness with our products.
